HERS Index Rating

Every home is rated with the HERS Index, the nationally recognized system for inspecting and calculating a home’s energy performance.

Exterior

• Foundation – 4′ poured concrete foundation walls.
• Foundation Waterproofing – Walls are waterproofed on exterior to finished grade. Both interior and exterior drainage systems are used that discharge into an interior sump pump.
• Sentricon Termite Treatment – A protective ring of Sentricon stations around your home eliminates attacking termites and protects against the threat of future attack. Your Certified Sentricon Specialist will expertly install and service Sentricon for 1 year.
• Porches –All Front Porches are poured concrete with a light broom finish. Screened-in porches and decks are finished with a T&G Low Maintenance product called GeoDeck, which is Made in the USA.
• Siding – Vinyl siding and low maintenance features offered on a variety of exterior elevations with professionally designed and coordinated color schemes

Home Structure

• Floor System – Engineered Weyerhaeuser wood Truss Joists system professionally designed per plan. Engineered ¾” Weyerhaeuser Edge Gold tongue and groove sub flooring, which is “glued and screwed” to the floor joist system to prevent floor pops. All glues are low VOC.
