If you have an EMERGENCY situation (severe plumbing problem, no heat in cold weather, leaks or any other potentially hazardous issues), please FIRST call the appropriate contact on your Emergency Subcontractor List. Then, submit a follow-up notification to our Customer Service Department using the form below.
When submitting the form, please recall the following note from your contract:
I (we) have thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior of our home and understand that only emergency items or items that can cause further damage to my home can be repaired/adjusted at a date not associated with an adjustment list. It is further understood that there are no verbal agreements that have not been included in this list
